1. Cafe Delivery

1.1 Delivery is available every day including Public Holidays

1.2 Delivery to areas in Klang Valley only and cover up radius within 30km from our shop in order to preserve the beverages & cakes in its best quality.

1.3 Order will be out from any of our outlets in Puchong & Ampang.

1.4       Orders received by 5pm : same day delivery (except for whole cake order)
            Orders received after 5pm : next day delivery (except for whole cake order)

1.5 Please place your whole cake order at least 3 days in advance from the intended delivery date and kindly leave us a remark on the specific delivery date and time, if any. If there is no remark on the delivery request, our team will send out the order after 3 days from your order date.

Example: Order placed on 16 June 2020, delivery will be after 3 days which is on 19 June 2020

1.6 Please note that deliveries might be delayed due to current Movement Control Order restrictions, but we will try our best to deliver the items to you as soon as possible

1.7 Please put a remark if you have specific delivery date and time.

1.8 In- Transit - Minor blemish and defect such as spill/ brushing of cake onto the box/ ice melted are unavoidable mishaps which we will not cover.

1.9 Unforeseen circumstances such as accident, traffic , MCO restriction and weather conditions can affect the timing of delivery.

1.10 Neither our company nor the driver is responsible for any loss in the event of delay in delivery time due to the above causes.

Kindly provide correct information for delivery purposes. Our Delivery will be arranged according to the information provided by customer. Please note that the cost for making wrong delivery trip or any additional cost incur due to customer error will be at customer’s cost.
